Bundled Price definition

Bundled Price shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit E hereof.
Bundled Price means the per MWh price set forth in the table below for the applicable range of Total Facility Cost, beginning in 2012 and subject to escalation on each Escalation Date pursuant to Exhibit E.

Examples of Bundled Price in a sentence

  • The Bundled Price per MWh for each billing period shall be allocated between Energy and RECs as follows: RECs = The RECs futures settlement price as published by the Chicago Climate Futures Exchange for the applicable billing period (the “CCFE Index Price”).

  • Buyer shall, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and this Exhibit B, with respect to any month after the Commercial Operation Date, pay to Seller, in immediately available funds, for each MWh of Products Delivered by Seller during such month, the Bundled Price per MWh set forth on the Cover Page hereto.

  • Energy = The $/MWh price of Energy for the applicable month shall be equal to the Bundled Price per MWh less the RECs allocation determined under this Section 2 for the applicable billing period and the $/MWh equivalent of the adjustment for Forward Capacity Market payments as set forth in Section 3 for that billing period.

  • Specified Price has the meaning given in clause 3.3(b)(ii);

  • Approved Price means the "fair value" as determined by the Trust in accordance with the valuation procedures adopted from time to time by the Board of Trustees of the Trust and for which the Trust receives a marked-to-market price (which, for the purpose of clarity, shall not mean Market Value) from an independent source at least semi-annually.

  • Fixed Price means the fixed prices for ancillary Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out in the SOW; FOIA means the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act from time to time together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such legislation;

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • Quoted Price of the Common Stock means the last reported sale price of the Common Stock on the Nasdaq National Market, or, if the Common Stock is listed on a national securities exchange, then on such exchange, or if the Common Stock is not quoted on Nasdaq National Market or listed on an exchange, the average of the last bid and asked price on the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System.

  • Benchmarked Price means the higher of:

  • Offered Price has the meaning set forth in Section 4.14(c) hereof.

  • Discounted Market Price of Shares means, if the Shares are listed only on the TSX Venture Exchange, the Market Price less the maximum discount permitted under the TSX Policy applicable to Options.

  • Adjusted Price means the purchase price(s) for Energy referenced in Section 5.1 if the RECs fail to satisfy the RPS as an Environmental Attribute associated with the specified MWh of generation from a RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit and Buyer does not purchase the RECs pursuant to Section 4.1(b) hereof.

  • Lowest price means the least possible amount that meets all requirements of the request of a purchasing agent.

  • Strip Price means, at any time, (a) for the remainder of the then-current calendar year, the average NYMEX Pricing for the remaining months in such calendar year, (b) for each of the succeeding three complete calendar years, the average NYMEX Pricing for the twelve months in each such calendar year, and (c) for the succeeding fourth complete calendar year and each calendar year thereafter, the average NYMEX pricing for the twelve months in such fourth calendar year.

  • SAFE Price means the price per share equal to (x) the Valuation Cap divided by (y) the Fully Diluted Capitalization.

  • Posted price means the wholesale price of liquor for sale to persons who hold liquor licenses

  • Recycled product means a product containing recovered material, or post-consumer recovered material, or both.

  • Net Sales Price means the gross billing price of any PRODUCT received by Licensee or its SUBLICENSEE for the sale or distribution of any PRODUCT, less the following amounts actually paid by Licensee or SUBLICENSEE:

  • Net Price means the current price listed in the supplier’s effective price list or catalog, less any applicable trade or cash discount.

  • Catalog price means a price included in a catalog, price list, schedule, or other form that is regularly maintained by the manufacturer or vendor, is either published or otherwise available for inspection by customers, and states prices at which sales are currently, or were last, made to a significant number of buyers constituting the general public; and

  • Net Selling Price of Licensed Products shall mean the gross selling price paid by a purchaser of a Licensed Product to COMPANY, an Affiliate or Sublicensee of COMPANY, or any other party authorized by COMPANY to sell Licensed Products less the following discounts:

  • Lowest Submitted Price means the lowest price quoted in a bid, which is otherwise not substantially responsive;

  • SAR Price means the exercise price or conversion price of each share of Common Stock covered by a SAR, determined on the Date of Grant of the SAR.

  • Selling Price means the same meaning as in RCW 82.08.010, except that when the product is sold under circumstances where the total amount of consideration paid for the product is not indicative of its true value. Selling price means the true value of the product sold as determined or agreed to by the ((board)) WSLCB. For purposes of this subsection:

  • Canada Yield Price means a price equal to the price of the Notes (or the portion thereof to be redeemed) calculated to provide a yield to maturity equal to the sum of the Government of Canada Yield calculated at 10:00 a.m. (Toronto time) on the third Business Day preceding the redemption date plus the Applicable Spread;

  • Spot Price means the rate of exchange at the time at which such price is to be determined for foreign exchange transactions in the relevant Currency Pair for value on the Spot Date, as determined in good faith: (i) by the Seller, for purposes of Section 5, and (ii) by the Non-Defaulting Party, for purposes of Section 8.

  • Ask Price means the price at which the Company is willing to sell a CFD.

  • Placing Price means 100 pence per Placing Share;

  • Reset Price means the greater of (i) 50% of the Initial Exercise Price (as adjusted for share splits, share dividends, recapitalizations and similar events pursuant to Section 3(a) hereof) and (ii) 100% of the lowest VWAP occurring on any day between the Initial Exercise Date and ninety (90) calendar days following the Issuance Date; provided that the Reset Price shall in no event be less than a floor price of 50% of the Initial Exercise Price.
