Escalation Date definition

Escalation Date means the dates on which the [Access Charges/TOP Charges] and other charges payable by the End User to QR Network under this Agreement are to be escalated in accordance with Schedule 3;
Escalation Date means the January 1st following the Effective Date and each January 1st thereafter.
Escalation Date means the date being 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October in each year during the Term, being the dates on which the Access Charges and other charges payable by the Operator to QR Network under this Agreement are to be escalated in accordance with Schedule 3;

Examples of Escalation Date in a sentence

  • Partial EscalationPartial Escalation is calculated on benefits that commence prior to the member’s Full Escalation Date.

  • If a member first begins receiving benefits on the same date as the Full Escalation Date, the member will receive Full Escalation which is the lesser of 3.0% or the Cost-of-Living Index increase, as computed on the December 31 of each prior year for benefits being escalated the following April.

  • Upon the election of any extension of the Commercial Operation Date, Seller shall deliver a certification in the form of Exhibit F setting forth the total number of days of such extension and establishing the new annual Escalation Date.

More Definitions of Escalation Date

Escalation Date means the dates on which the [Access Charges/TOP Charges] and other charges payable by the End User to Aurizon Network under this Agreement are to be escalated in accordance with Schedule 3;
Escalation Date means each anniversary of the Commencement Date, but excluding each Review Date and “First Escalation Date” is that date specified in Part 1 of this Schedule 5.
