Bulletproof Software definition

Bulletproof Software means any Bulletproof Apps for SharePoint that you have downloaded and installed. These Apps are more fully described at their associated Microsoft AppSource product page, its content, documentation, and all Intellectual Property in and related thereto, all of which is offered on a software as a service (“SaaS”) basis.

Examples of Bulletproof Software in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise noted in this Agreement, and to the fullest extent allowed under any applicable laws, all terms and conditions of this Agreement apply to the license and Your access and use of any and all Bulletproof Software.

  • You acknowledge and agree that Bulletproof reserves the right to remotely prevent access to and/or use of the Bulletproof Software, including without limitation by withholding keys or other information necessary for its operation, in the event that (i) Bulletproof becomes aware, from You or otherwise, of unauthorized access or use of the Bulletproof Software, or (ii) Your violation of any term or condition of this Agreement.

  • In order to use the Bulletproof Software, You must provide all Devices, equipment and software necessary to use Bulletproof Software, including, but not limited to, a suitably fast Internet connection, a compatible browser, and a Device that is in working order and that is suitable for use in connection with the Bulletproof Software.

  • You agree that Bulletproof has no obligation to provide any Modifications or to continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionality of the Bulletproof Software.

  • Conditioned upon Your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Bulletproof grants to You a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Bulletproof Software solely for Your internal use during the term of Your subscription and subject to the user count limit and payment of associated fees for the subscription level You have chosen.

  • You acknowledge that the Bulletproof Software contains trade secrets of Bulletproof, its suppliers, or licensors, including but not limited to, the specific internal design and structure of individual programs and associated interface information, and other content accessed within the Bulletproof Software.

  • If Bulletproof determines that the error or issue is a genuine defect in the Bulletproof Software or caused by changes to Office 365 SharePoint Online, Bulletproof will use commercially reasonable efforts to fix the defect at no cost to You.

  • Bulletproof may, at its election and in its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement and any subscription to the Bulletproof Software at will, and if Bulletproof does terminate this Agreement for its convenience and not due to Your breach, Bulletproof will refund any prepaid fees for any unused portion of the then applicable subscription term.

  • Bulletproof is further entitled to obtain injunctive relief if Your use of the Bulletproof Software is in violation of any restrictions set forth in this Agreement, including without limitation any license restrictions.

  • You acknowledge that the Bulletproof Software subscription is purchased separately from any subscription to future upgrades, updates and fixes to it, and You are not entitled to any of the same or any additional software maintenance services except as expressly stated under this Agreement.

Related to Bulletproof Software

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.
