Bulk Dematerialisation Shares definition

Bulk Dematerialisation Shares means the Sasol BEE Ordinary Shares that have been dematerialised pursuant to the Bulk Dematerialisation;
Bulk Dematerialisation Shares means the Sasol BEE Ordinary Shares that have been dematerialised

Related to Bulk Dematerialisation Shares

  • Consideration Shares shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(c).

  • Placing Shares means the 32,313,130 Shares to be issued by the Company pursuant to the Placing;

  • Sale Shares shall have the meaning given to it in Recital (B);

  • Conversion Shares means, collectively, the shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the shares of Preferred Stock in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Common Warrant Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Common Warrants.

  • Underlying Shares means the shares of Common Stock issued and issuable upon conversion of the Preferred Stock and upon exercise of the Warrants.

  • Parent Shares means the shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Parent.

  • Closing Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(a)(i).
