Bulk Dematerialisation definition
Bulk Dematerialisation means the process by which all the Share certificates in respect of Sasol BEE Ordinary Shares, whose holders are not Election Shareholders, are converted, prior to the Designated Date, to an electronic form and such Shares are transferred into the name of the Computershare Nominee Company or the OTC Nominee Company, if the listing on the JSE does not occur, so as to be held by it for and on behalf of the Bulk Dematerialised Shareholders;
