Bulk Dematerialisation in essence means that all Certificated Shares held by Shareholders will be converted into Dematerialised format and will be transferred in a nominee account controlled by Kaap Agri’s Transfer Secretaries, Computershare, on Listing.
After the Bulk Dematerialisation, any share certificate issued prior to Listing shall no longer constitute valid title in respect of such Bulk Dematerialised Shares.
