Brokered Deposits definition

Brokered Deposits means all Deposits that have been placed through a broker or other intermediary for which HRB Bank has incurred liability for payment of a commission or other remuneration to such broker or intermediary.
Brokered Deposits means (a) “brokered deposits” within the meaning of 12 C.F.R. § 337.6 and (b) deposits that are of the type having risk characteristics similar to “brokered deposits” as contemplated by the Joint Agency Advisory on Brokered and Rate Sensitive Deposits, dated May 11, 2001, of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, FDIC, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and OTS.
Brokered Deposits means deposit account obligations originated by third party financial institutions (not Seller) that are sold by such institutions to brokers who in turn sell such deposit account obligations to third parties (such as Seller).
