Required Deposit Rating definition

Required Deposit Rating. A rating on short-term unsecured debt obligations of P-1 by Xxxxx’x Investors Service, Inc. and A-2 by S&P Global Ratings. Any requirement that short-term unsecured debt obligations have the “Required Deposit Rating” shall mean that such short-term unsecured debt obligations have the foregoing required ratings from each of such applicable rating agencies.
Required Deposit Rating means the short-term credit rating of the related entity is at least equal to P-1 by Moody's, A-1+ by Standard & Poor's and F1 by Fitch.
Required Deposit Rating shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition ofEligible Account.”

Required Deposit Rating has the meaning set forth in the Titling Trust Agreement.
Required Deposit Rating. A rating on short-term unsecured debt obligations of A-2 by S&P or K1+ by KBRA, or such equivalent rating by each applicable Rating Agency, unless otherwise agreed to by S&P and each other applicable Rating Agency.
