Brazilian Guarantor definition

Brazilian Guarantor means each Restricted Subsidiary of the Designated Company organized in Brazil party hereto as a Guarantor, and each other Restricted Subsidiary of the Designated Company organized in Brazil that becomes a Guarantor pursuant to the terms hereof.
Brazilian Guarantor means each Guarantor organized under the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
Brazilian Guarantor means Brookfield Brasil TBE Participações Ltda.
