German Guarantor definition
German Guarantor means each Restricted Subsidiary of the Designated Company organized in Germany party hereto as a Guarantor, and each other Restricted Subsidiary of the Designated Company organized in Germany that becomes a Guarantor pursuant to the terms hereof.
German Guarantor means a Guarantor incorporated or established in Germany in the legal form of a limited liability company (GmbH) or a limited partnership with a limited liability company as general partner (GmbH & Co. KG).
German Guarantor means each Guarantor organised, incorporated or formed under the laws of Germany.
