Swiss Guarantor definition

Swiss Guarantor means a Guarantor incorporated, or for tax purposes resident, in Switzerland.
Swiss Guarantor means each Restricted Subsidiary of the Designated Company organized in Switzerland party hereto as a Guarantor, and each other Restricted Subsidiary of the Designated Company incorporated in Switzerland that becomes a Guarantor pursuant to the terms hereof.
Swiss Guarantor has the meaning set forth in Section 10.06.
