Borrowing Base Notice definition

Borrowing Base Notice means a written notice sent to the Borrower by the Agent pursuant to Section 3.2 notifying the Borrower of the Total Borrowing Base and the Available Borrowing Base.

Borrowing Base Notice has the meaning set out in Section 2.23(1).

Borrowing Base Notice means a written notice sent to Borrower by USB notifying Borrower of the Borrowing Base determined by USB for the upcoming Borrowing Base Period or other time period.
