Borrower Preferred Stock definition

Borrower Preferred Stock means the Series A Redeemable Preferred Stock of the Borrower.
Borrower Preferred Stock means the pay-in-kind Preferred Stock of the Borrower, $.01 par value per share, issued by the Borrower pursuant to the Borrower Preferred Stock Documents as contemplated by Section 5.06
