Junior Convertible Preferred Stock definition

Junior Convertible Preferred Stock means the Junior Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • There is hereby created out of the authorized and unissued shares of Preferred Stock of the Company a series of Preferred Stock designated as the "7 1/4% Junior Convertible Preferred Stock Due 2007" (the "Convertible Preferred Stock").
