Borrower Payment definition

Borrower Payment shall have the meaning assigned in Section 8.5(a).

Borrower Payment means the amounts paid or required to be paid, from time to time, for principal and interest by a Borrower to the Authority on such Borrower’s Borrower Bonds, plus the Borrower’s Allocable Proportion of Authority Reserve Fund Interest Expense and the amount, if any, required to pay or to reimburse the Authority for the payment of a Reserve Fund Reimbursement Obligation and/or Credit Facility Reimbursement Obligation attributed to the Borrower, together with interest thereon.

  • The Governmental Lender shall have the continuing and exclusive right to apply or reverse and reapply any and all payments by the Borrower to any portion of the Borrower Payment Obligations.
