Borrower Bonds definition

Borrower Bonds means any Bond registered to the Borrower or any affiliate thereof or held by the Trustee for the account of the Borrower.
Borrower Bonds means (i) Bonds owned or held by the Borrower or any Affiliate of the Borrower, or by the Trustee or the Tender Agent, or the agent of either of them, for the account of the Borrower or any Affiliate of the Borrower, including, but not limited to, Pledged Bonds, or (ii) Bonds which the Borrower has notified the Trustee, or which the Trustee knows, were purchased by another Person for the account of the Borrower or any Affiliate of the Borrower, including, but not limited to, Pledged Bonds.
Borrower Bonds means any Bond registered to the Borrower or any affiliate thereof or held by the Trustee for the account of the Borrower. “Business Day” means a day on which banking institutions located in New York, New York, or in the city in which the principal corporate trust

Examples of Borrower Bonds in a sentence

  • The exclusions from the limit include, without limitation, increases required to be raised for debt service as defined by law (which includes the Borrower Bonds), extraordinary costs directly related to a declared emergency, and certain increases in pension contributions and health care costs over 2%.

More Definitions of Borrower Bonds

Borrower Bonds means Bonds purchased with moneys described in Section 4.05(c)
Borrower Bonds means Bonds that have been purchased by the Borrower in accordance with Section 3.1(E) of the Agreement.
