BNPP Director definition

BNPP Director means a Director designated by BNPP pursuant to its nomination rights set forth in Section 2.1(d) or otherwise designated in writing by BNPP to the Board of Directors to act in such capacity.

  • Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.
