The Contractor must collect and provide the CSHCD SCRBH with individual and provider characteristics, services, and other data as described in the State SERI, the HCA Encounter Data Reporting Guide (EDRG), the Behavioral Health Supplemental Transactions that complies with the Behavioral Health Supplemental Transaction Data Guide, and the CSHCD SCRBH Data Dictionary.
