Data Submissions. Each Party shall submit to the Office of the Interconnection for review, any data and other information necessary for the performance of this Agreement, including its plans for the addition, modification and removal of Capacity Resources, its load forecasts, and such other data set forth in Schedule 15.
Data Submissions. Each Party shall submit to the Office of the Interconnection the data and other information necessary for the performance of this Agreement as may be more fully described, in Schedule 11 hereof.

The PBM agrees to provide to WellPoint all relevant information in the PBM’s possession necessary for WellPoint to meet its data reporting and submission obligations to CMS, including but not limited to, data necessary to characterize the context and purpose of each encounter between a Covered Individual and a pharmacy.
