Supplemental Trust Deed definition
Supplemental Trust Deed means the supplemental trust deed which constitutes and secures, inter alia, the Notes dated 23 May 2013 and made between the Lender and the Trustee.
Supplemental Trust Deed means, in respect of a Series of Securities, the supplemental trust deed dated on or about the Series Issue Date of such Series entered into as a deed by the Issuer, the Trustee and any other parties thereto as amended, supplemented, novated or replaced from time to time.
Supplemental Trust Deed means a supplemental trust deed between, inter alios, the Issuer and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc in respect of the Notes dated on or about the date of this Issuance Document.

Subject as otherwise provided in this Fifteenth Supplemental Trust Deed and unless there is anything in the subject or context inconsistent therewith, all words and expressions defined in the Principal Trust Deed (as modified as aforesaid) shall have the same meanings in this Fifteenth Supplemental Trust Deed.
Clause 29 of the Principal Trust Deed as modified in the form set out in the Schedule hereto shall apply mutatis mutandis to this Fifteenth Supplemental Trust Deed.
More Definitions of Supplemental Trust Deed
Supplemental Trust Deed means a supplemental trust deed in respect of a Series of Notes which constitutes and secures, inter alia, such Series dated the relevant Closing Date and made between the Lender and the Trustee (substantially in the form set out in Schedule 10 of the Principal Trust Deed).
Supplemental Trust Deed means the supplemental trust deed dated the Issue Date between the Issuer and the Trustee substantially in the form set out in Schedule 5 to this Principal Trust Deed.
Supplemental Trust Deed means the supplemental trust deed which constitutes and secures, inter alia, the Notes, dated 15 October 2019 and made between the Lender, the Trustee and the agents named therein.
