Bear Valley Electric Service definition

Bear Valley Electric Service. (“BVES”) a Division of GSWC, sometimes referred to herein jointly as "Parties" or individually as "Party," consistent with, and in order to effectuate, the provisions of Sections 2827 and 2827.7 of the California Public Utilities Code and Tariff ScheduleNet Energy Metering-Small” (“NEM-S”). This Agreement applies to the CG’s “Solar, Wind or Hybrid of Both Generating Facility” (“Facility”) identified below with the specified characteristics, and does not allow interconnection or operation of facilities different than those described. Accordingly, the Parties agree as follows:

  • Electric generation service means the provision of retail

  • boycott energy company means “without an ordinary business purpose, refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with a company because the company (a) engages in the exploration, production, utilization, transportation, sale, or manufacturing of fossil fuel-based energy and does not commit or pledge to meet environmental standards beyond applicable federal and state law, or (b) does business with a company described by paragraph (a).” (See Tex.   • Electric utility means a consumer-owned utility or

  • Renewable energy system means a fixture, product, device, or interacting group of fixtures, products, or devices on the customer's side of the meter that use 1 or more renewable energy resources to generate electricity. Renewable energy system includes a biomass stove but does not include an incinerator or digester.

  • Renewable energy resources means energy derived from solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, and hydroelectricity. A fuel cell using hydrogen derived from these eligible resources is also an eligible electric generation technology. Fossil and nuclear fuels and their derivatives are not eligible resources.

  • Renewable energy facility means an electric generation unit or other facility or installation that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source.
