Beacon Funds definition

Beacon Funds means each of the series of the American Beacon Funds, American Beacon Select Funds, American Beacon Institutional Funds Trust, American Beacon Sound Point Enhanced Income Fund, and American Beacon Apollo Total Return Fund.
Beacon Funds means each of the series of the American Beacon Funds, American Beacon Select Funds, and American Beacon Institutional Funds Trust. Beacon Funds consist of mutual funds and exchange-traded funds sponsored by the Advisor.
Beacon Funds or “Funds” Beacon Accelerated Return Strategy Fund Beacon Planned Return Strategy Fund Except as amended hereby, all terms of the Admin Agreement remain in full force and effect. This Amendment includes the amendments in Schedule A and general terms in Schedule B.
