Acquisition Fund definition

Acquisition Fund means any company formed with the intent to offer securities to the public and use the proceeds to consummate one or more Business Combinations which are unspecified at the time of the securities offering.
Acquisition Fund means the fund established and held by the Acquisition Fund Custodian pursuant to the Acquisition Fund Agreement, if any.
Acquisition Fund means the Equipment Acquisition Fund established and held by the Escrow Agent pursuant to Article II of this Escrow Agreement.
