Basic rider course definition

Basic rider course means a course of motorcycle instruction designed to develop knowledge, attitudes, habits and skills necessary for the safe operation of a Motorcycle. The completion of the course may be used to obtain a motorcycle endorsement from the Department of Revenue.
Basic rider course means a beginning course in motor- cycle safety provided by a motorcycle instruction school that meets the requirements of s. Trans 129.09 (1) and has been approved by the department.
