Water course means a natural channel or an artificial channel formed by training or diversion of a natural channel meant for carrying storm and waste water.
Water course means the channel in which a flow of water occurs, either continuously or intermittently.

Water course. .—“water course” means any channel which is supplied with water from a canal, but which is not maintained at the cost of the State Government, and all subsidiary works belonging to any such channel;
