Banker to the Issue definition

Banker to the Issue means any bank so named in the prospectus to collect money as subscription against security;
Banker to the Issue means ICICI Bank, collectively acting as the Escrow Collection Bank, Allotment Bank and the Refund Bank;
Banker to the Issue means the banker to the issue registered with SEBI, which have been appointed by the Company namely Axis Bank to act as the Escrow Collection Bank, the Refund Bank, the Sponsor Bank, and as the Public Issue Account Bank.

  • The cheque/bank draft can be drawn on any bank, including a co-operative bank which is situated at and is member or sub-member of the bankers’ clearing-house located at the place where the Application Form is submitted, i.e. at designated collection centres of the Banker to the Issue.

  • Consent Letters of Debenture Trustee, RTA and Banker to the Issue as applicable, in their respective capacities.

  • Corporate Finance Fee means the fee to be paid to the Agent by the Issuer in consideration of corporate finance and structuring services provided by the Agent;

  • L/C Bank means the Original L/C Bank and any other Lender which has been appointed as an L/C Bank in accordance with Clause 5.11 (Appointment and Change of L/C Bank) and which has not resigned in accordance with paragraph (c) of Clause 5.11 (Appointment and Change of L/C Bank).

  • Bond Payment Date means any date on which principal of or interest on any Bond is payable.

  • Representative Amount means an amount that is representative for a single transaction in the relevant market at the relevant time.

  • Guarantor’s Officers’ Certificate means, with respect to any Guarantor, a certificate signed by any two of the following: a Chairman of the Board, a Chief Executive Officer, a President, a Vice President, a Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, a Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of such Guarantor, or any other officer or officers of such Guarantor designated in a writing by or pursuant to authority of such Guarantor’s Board of Directors and delivered to the Trustee from time to time.

  • Noncustodial parent means a person who, at the time of the commencement of court proceedings in the sending state, does not have sole legal custody of the child or has joint legal custody of a child, and who is not the subject of allegations or findings of child abuse or neglect.

  • Optional Purchase Date As defined in Section 8.01(a) of the Servicing Agreement. Optional Purchase Percentage: 10.00%.

  • Disbursement Date is defined in Section 2.6.2.

  • Funding and Payment Office means the office of Administrative Agent and Swing Line Lender located at One Chase Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, 0xx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 or such offices of Administrative Agent or any successor Administrative Agent specified by Administrative Agent or such successor Administrative Agent in a written notice to Loan Parties and Lenders).

  • Initial Purchase Date means the date of the Initial Purchase.

  • Tender and Paying Agent Agreement means the amended and restated tender and paying agent agreement, dated as of March 15, 2019, by and between the Fund and the Tender and Paying Agent, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, or any similar agreement with a successor tender and paying agent.

  • L/C Fee Payment Date the last day of each March, June, September and December and the last day of the Revolving Credit Commitment Period.
