Bank Merger Effective Time definition

Bank Merger Effective Time means the date and time when the Bank Merger becomes effective, as specified on the Certificate of Merger, which shall be immediately following the effective time of the Merger.

Bank Merger Effective Time has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(b).
