BA Margin definition

BA Margin means the margins determined in the definition of Applicable Pricing Margin in respect of Bankers' Acceptances based upon the relevant Consolidated Debt to Cash Flow Ratio. Execution Form CAL_LAW\ 0000000\5
BA Margin means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule; provided that if at any time an Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, the BA Margin shall mean the BA Margin that would, in the absence of an Event of Default, be otherwise applicable at such time plus 2%.
BA Margin means the applicable percentage set forth in the Leverage Matrix under the heading "BA Margin".

Examples of BA Margin in a sentence

  • In the case of any outstanding Bankers’ Acceptances, the Borrower and the Lenders agree that the Stamping Fee will be adjusted between them to reflect the change in the BA Margin to the end of the remaining term of each outstanding Bankers’ Acceptance.

  • A stamping fee shall be payable by the Borrower in respect of each Bankers’ Acceptance which shall be calculated by (i) multiplying the face amount of the Bankers’ Acceptance by the number of days in the term thereof, then (ii) dividing the product thereof by 365, then (iii) multiplying the quotient thereof by the BA Margin (the product thereof being the “Stamping Fee”).

  • In the case of any outstanding Bankers’ Acceptances, the Stamping Fee will be adjusted to reflect the change in the BA Margin to the end of the remaining term of each outstanding Bankers’ Acceptance.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, the Swing Line Loan shall constitute a Loan bearing interest at the commercial paper rate plus the Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin for US Swing Line Advances or the Index Rate plus the Applicable Revolver BA Margin for Canadian Swing Line Advances in Canadian Dollars as provided in Section 1.5(a) and no Swing Line Loan shall remain outstanding for more than fifteen (15) days.
