Aytu Disclosure Letter definition

Aytu Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter, dated as of the date of this Agreement and delivered by Buyer to Seller concurrently with the execution of this Agreement.

  • Except for the representations and warranties contained in this ARTICLE IV (including the related portions of the Aytu Disclosure Letter), neither Aytu nor any other Person has made or makes any other express or implied representation or warranty, either written or oral, on behalf of Aytu or Merger Sub.
