AXEL definition

AXEL means a Loan made by a Lender to Borrower as an amortization extended loan pursuant to subsection 2.1A(i), and "AXELs" means any such Loan or Loans, collectively.

  • The obligations of Lenders hereunder are several and no Lender shall be responsible for the obligations or AXEL Commitments of any other Lender hereunder.

  • Company shall deliver a Notice of Conversion/Continuation to Administrative Agent no later than 10:00 A.M. (New York City time) at least one Business Day in advance of the proposed conversion date (in the case of a conversion to a Base Rate AXEL) and at least three Business Days in advance of the proposed conversion/continuation date (in the case of a conversion to, or a continuation of, a Eurodollar Rate AXEL).

  • All payments in respect of the principal amount of any AXEL shall include payment of accrued interest on the principal amount being repaid or prepaid, and all such payments shall be applied to the payment of interest before application to principal.

  • The AXEL Credit Agreement shall be in full force and effect and the conditions to advances of the AXELs thereunder shall have been satisfied or waived by the AXEL Lenders.
