AXEL definition

AXEL means a Loan made by a Lender to Borrower as an amortization extended loan pursuant to subsection 2.1A(i), and "AXELs" means any such Loan or Loans, collectively.
AXEL or "AXELS" means the Existing AXELs and the Additional AXELs, collectively.
AXEL or "AXELS" means, respectively, Term Loan or Term Loans.
