Available Series Interest Collections. With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Series Interest Collections with respect to such Distribution Date, plus (b) all interest and investment earnings on Eligible Investments credited to the Reserve Fund, the Note Distribution Account and the Accumulation Period Reserve Account (net of losses and investment expenses) during the related Collection Period, plus (c) all withdrawals from the Accumulation Period Reserve Account pursuant to Section 4.13(c), plus (d) on the termination of the Accumulation Period Reserve Account pursuant to Section 4.13(e), all remaining amounts on deposit in the Accumulation Period Reserve Account (excluding amounts relating to investment earnings and after giving effect to Section 4.13(c)).
Available Series Interest Collections. With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Series Interest Collections with respect to such Distribution Date, plus (b) all interest and Investment Proceeds on Eligible Investments credited to the Reserve Fund, the Note Distribution Account and the Accumulation Period Reserve Account (net of losses and investment expenses) during the related Collection Period, plus (c) all withdrawals from the Accumulation Period Reserve Account pursuant to Section 4.13(c), plus (d) on the termination of the Accumulation Period Reserve Account pursuant to Section 4.13(e), all remaining amounts on deposit in the Accumulation Period Reserve Account (excluding amounts representing Investment Proceeds and after giving effect to Section 4.13(c)).

Examples of Available Series Interest Collections in a sentence

  • The Invested Amount shall be reinstated on any Distribution Date by the amount of any Available Series Interest Collections that are applied pursuant to Section 4.04(a)(vi), (vii), (viii) and (ix).

  • On each Distribution Date, all Investment Proceeds on deposit in the Reserve Fund shall be treated as Available Series Interest Collections for such Distribution Date.

Related to Available Series Interest Collections

  • Interest Collections means, (i) with respect to any Loan Asset, all payments and collections attributable to interest on such Loan Asset, including, without limitation, all scheduled payments of interest and payments of interest relating to principal prepayments, all guaranty payments attributable to interest and proceeds of any liquidations, sales or dispositions attributable to interest on such Loan Asset and (ii) amendment fees, late fees, waiver fees, prepayment fees or other amounts received in respect of Loan Assets.

  • Interest Collection Account A sub-account of the Collection Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Reallocated Class B Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, Collections of Principal Receivables applied in accordance with subsection 4.12(a) in an amount not to exceed the product of (a) the Class B Investor Allocation with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (b) the Investor Percentage with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (c) the amount of Collections of Principal Receivables with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date; provided, however, that such amount shall not exceed the Class B Investor Interest after giving effect to any Class B Investor Charge-Offs for such Transfer Date.

  • Principal Collections means Collections of Principal Receivables.

  • Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections means that portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Unallocated Principal Collections shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.05(d).

  • Finance Charge Collections means Collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Available Spread Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Spread Account (exclusive of Investment Earnings on such date and before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Spread Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Spread Account Amount, in each case on such Transfer Date.

  • Principal Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Master Servicer Collection Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.02, which shall be denominated "JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee f/b/o holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Xxxxxxx ALT-A Trust 2004-8, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-8 - Master Servicer Collection Account," and which shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Excess Finance Charge Collections means collections of Finance Charge Receivables and certain other amounts allocable to the Certificateholders’ Interest of any Excess Allocation Series in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such series (including payments to the provider of any related Series Enhancement) that are payable out of collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Finance Charge Receivables means Receivables created in respect of periodic finance charges, late fees, returned check fees and all other similar fees and charges billed or accrued and unpaid on an Account.

  • Final Collection Date means the date on or following the Termination Date on which the Outstanding Loan Amount has been reduced to zero and all other Borrower Obligations have been paid in full.

  • Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).
