Automobiles Operated Under Contract definition

Automobiles Operated Under Contract as used in this policy shall mean automobiles operated in the business of the insured stated on the Declarations where the complete supervision, direction and control of such automobiles remain with the owner thereof, but shall not include any automobile owned in whole or in part by or licensed in the name of the Insured or any partner, officer or employee of the Insured.
Automobiles Operated Under Contract. – as used in this Policy means automobiles operated in the business of the “Insured” where the complete supervision, direction and control of such automobiles remain with the owner thereof, but shall not include any automobile owned in whole or in part by or licensed in the name of the “Insured” or any partner, officer, or employee of the Insured.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site.
