Authority of Signatory. Each signatory below represents and warrants that he or she has full power and is duly authorized by their respective party to enter into and perform this Contract. Such signatory also represents that he or she has fully reviewed and understands the above conditions and intends to fully abide by the conditions and terms of this Contract as stated.
Authority of Signatory. The Subscriber has full power and ------------------------ authority to execute and deliver this Agreement and each other document included herein as an exhibit to this Agreement for which signature is required, and the person executing this Agreement on behalf of the subscribing individual, partnership, trust, estate, corporation or other entity executing this Agreement is a duly authorized signatory. Authority of Signatory. Each of the undersigned individuals signs on behalf of, and represents and warrants that he or she has the authority and authorization to sign on behalf of and bind, the corporations, banks, companies, or entities identified immediately above his or her signature, and upon such execution this Omnibus Agreement shall as of the Effective Date be a valid and binding obligation of such entity.

Authority of Signatory. If Tenant is a corporation, each individual executing this Agreement on behalf of such corporation represents and warrants that such individual is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Agreement on behalf of such corporation, in accordance with a duly adopted resolution of the Board of Directors of such corporation or in accordance with the bylaws of said corporation, and that this Agreement is binding upon such corporation in accordance with its terms. If Xxxxxx is a partnership, each individual executing this Agreement on behalf of said partnership represents and warrants that such individual is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Agreement on behalf of such partnership in accordance with the partnership agreement for such partnership.
