AuditBoard means AuditBoard, Inc., a Delaware corporation with a place of business at 00000 Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxxxx, XX 00000.
Audit trail means a documented history of a financial transaction by which the transaction can be traced to its source.
Appraisal management services means one or more of the following:
Auditors means the persons for the time being performing the duties of auditors of the Company.
Structural Engineer means the Engineer appointed or to be appointed from time to time by Promoter for the preparation of the structural design and drawings of the buildings .

audit services means the professional services rendered by the Corporation’s external auditor for the audit and review of the Corporation’s financial statements or services that are normally provided by the external auditor in connection with statutory and regulatory filings or engagements;
External Auditor means the Corporation’s independent auditor; and
External Directors means directors appointed and serving in accordance with Sections 239 through 249 of the Companies Law.
Independent Accountants shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.11(a).
Freeboard means a factor of safety usually expressed in feet above a flood level for purposes of floodplain management. "Freeboard" tends to compensate for the many unknown factors that could contribute to flood heights greater than the height calculated for a selected size flood and floodway conditions, such as wave action, blockage of bridge or culvert openings, and the hydrological effect of urbanization of the watershed.
Quality Surveillance Engineer / Inspector means any person appointed by or on behalf of the Purchaser to inspect or carry out quality surveillance on supplies, stores or work under the Contract or any person deputed by the Quality Surveillance Engineer for the said purpose.
Engineers Certificate" shall mean a certificate of the Consulting Engineers or of such other engineer or firm of engineers having a favorable repute for skill and experience in the engineering matters with respect to which such certification is required by this Master Indenture.
Auditor means the person for the time being performing the duties of auditor of the Company (if any).
Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.
Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
Accountants shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.7 hereof.
external engineering service means an engineering service situated outside the boundaries of a land area and that is necessary to serve the use and development of the land area;
Independent System Operator means a person that may receive or has received, by transfer pursuant

Reporting Accountants means the auditors of National Grid (but not acting in their capacity as auditors) or such other firm of accountants as may be nominated by National Grid and approved in writing by the Trustee for the purpose or, failing which, as may be selected by the Trustee for the purpose; and
MEDICAL STAFF LEADER means any Medical Staff Officer, department chair, section chief, and committee chair.
