Assumed Pool Principal Balance. As of any date of determination, the ------------------------------ sum of (a) the Initial Pool Principal Balance, (b) the Cut-Off Date Principal Balance of each Subsequent Home Loan and (c) the amount, if any, on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account as of such date (other than investment earnings).
