Assisted living care encompasses 24-hour supportive and protective services in the activities of daily living and in the instrumental activities of daily living for an individual who is 18 years of age or older, as those services are described in that individual's residential services contract executed under AS 47.33.210 and assisted living plan prepared under AS 47.33.220 and 47.33.230.
