As Currently Required means as required by law and by the practices, protocols, and procedures reflected in the NYISO’s tariffs, agreements, manuals and technical bulletins, that were in effect between and among some or all of the Parties prior to the effective date of this Coordination Protocol, and as may be amended in the future.
