Borrower Common Stock definition

Borrower Common Stock means the common stock of the Borrower.
Borrower Common Stock shall have the meaning provided in Section 7.13.
Borrower Common Stock means the issued and outstanding common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of the Borrower.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, all of the shares of Borrower Common Stock issued or issuable upon conversion of the Purchaser’s Note shall not be subject to any lock-up or other prohibitions on transfer other than such transfer restrictions imposed by applicable law (and not by any contract).

Borrower Common Stock means shares of common stock of the Borrower, par value $0.001 per share.
