Archdiocesan Insurance Policy(ies means a) all policies or certificates of insurance listed on Exhibit L(1)-A or Exhibit N; and b) any and all other known and unknown contracts, binders, certificates, or policies of insurance, including all of the insurance policies mentioned or referred to in any Archdiocese Insurance Settlement Agreement, in effect on or before the Effective Date that were issued to, allegedly issued to, or for the benefit of, or subscribed on behalf or that otherwise actually, allegedly, or potentially insure, the Archdiocese or any of its predecessors in interest, successors or assigns, and that

For the avoidance of doubt, “Archdiocesan Insurance Policies” does not include policies issued to any Catholic Entity, Other Insured Entity, or any other Person, that does not also insure the Archdiocese.

More Definitions of Archdiocesan Insurance Policy(ies

Archdiocesan Insurance Policy(ies means any and all known and unknown contracts, binders, certificates, or policies of insurance, including all of the insurance policies mentioned or referred to in the Insurance Settlement Agreements, in effect on or before the Effective Date that were issued to, allegedly issued to, or for the benefit of, or that otherwise actually, allegedly, or might insure, the Archdiocese or any of its predecessors in interest, successors or assigns, and that actually, allegedly, or might afford coverage with respect to any Tort Claim; provided, however, that if an insurance policy that is not identified on Exhibit N and under which the Archdiocese is not a named insured insures both the Archdiocese and any other Person who is not a Catholic Entity or Other Insured Entity, such policy is an “Archdiocesan Insurance Policy” to the extent it insures the Archdiocese, a Catholic Entity, or Other Insured Entity, but not to the extent it insures any other Person who is not the Archdiocese, a Catholic Entity, or Other Insured Entity. For the avoidance of doubt, “Archdiocesan Insurance Policies” does not include any insurance policy that is both not identified on Exhibit N and does not insure the Archdiocese.
