Arch Holding Companies definition

Arch Holding Companies means each of the holding companies that will be formed prior to the Closing as parent companies of Apogee Coal Company, Catenary Coal Company, and Hobet Mining, Inc., each of which will be a Delaware corporation and a direct or indirect wholly-owned Subsidiary of Arch.
