Examples of Application for Hearing in a sentence

  • In accordance with the San Jacinto Community College District Board of Trustees Bylaws, located on the College’s website, a citizen desiring to appear before the Board of Trustees shall complete the Application for Hearing before the Board of Trustees and file said application along with any supporting information concerning the citizen's concern, complaint or commendation, with the Executive Assistant to the Chancellor, ten (10) minutes prior to the start of the posted meeting time.

  • Petitioners are allowed to timely amend the Application for Hearing, and respondents are allowed to timely amend the answer, as newly discovered information becomes available that would warrant the amendment.
