Applicable Revolving LIBOR Margin definition

Applicable Revolving LIBOR Margin means, as at any date of determination, a rate per annum equal to the percentage set forth below opposite the Applicable Leverage Ratio in effect as of such date of determination, any change in any such Applicable Revolving LIBOR Margin to be effective on the date of any corresponding change in the Applicable Leverage Ratio: Applicable Leverage Ratio Applicable Revolving LIBOR Margin greater than 4.25:1.00 3.75% greater than or equal to 2.75:1.00, but equal to or less than 4.25:1.00 3.50% less than 2.75:1.00 3.25% Notwithstanding the foregoing, on and after the date of the most recent creation of Incremental RL Commitments which gives rise to a determination of a new Applicable Increased Revolving Loan Spread, the Applicable Revolving LIBOR Margin shall be the higher of (I) the Applicable Increased Revolving Loan Spread and (II) the Applicable Revolving LIBOR Margin as otherwise determined above in the absence of this sentence.
Applicable Revolving LIBOR Margin means, as at any date of determination on and after the Third Amendment Effective Date, a rate per annum equal to the percentage set forth below opposite the Applicable Leverage Ratio in effect as of such date of determination, any change in any such Applicable Revolving LIBOR Margin to be effective on the date of any corresponding change in the Applicable Leverage Ratio: Applicable Leverage Ratio Applicable Revolving LIBOR Margin greater than 2.50:1.00 1.75% greater than 1.50:1.00, but equal to or less than 2.50:1.00 1.50% equal to or less than 1.50:1.00 1.25%
Applicable Revolving LIBOR Margin appearing in Section 1.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby replaced in its entirety with the following definition:

Examples of Applicable Revolving LIBOR Margin in a sentence

  • Agent, Lenders and Borrower acknowledge and agree that from January 1, 2008, through the date of this Agreement, the effective (i) Applicable Revolving LIBOR Margin is 2.00%, (ii) Applicable Term LIBOR Margin is 2.25%, (iii) Applicable Term Prime Rate Margin is 0.25%, and (iv) Applicable Prime Rate Margin for Revolving Prime Rate Loans is 0.0%.

  • Thereafter, (y) the Applicable Revolving LIBOR Margin and the Applicable Term LIBOR Margin shall be adjusted quarterly as set forth in the definition of “Applicable LIBOR Margin”, and (z) the Applicable Term Prime Rate Margin shall be adjusted quarterly as set forth in the definition of “Applicable Prime Rate Margin”.

Related to Applicable Revolving LIBOR Margin

  • Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin means the per annum interest rate from time to time in effect and payable in addition to the LIBOR Rate applicable to the Revolving Loan, as determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).

  • Applicable LIBOR Margin means a per annum rate of interest payable in addition to the LIBOR Rate on LIBOR Rate Loans, determined by reference to Section 1.6.

  • Applicable Prime Rate Margin shall have the meaning provided in section 2.7(g).

  • Applicable Eurodollar Margin means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable to Eurodollar Rate Loans determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.15(D)(ii) hereof.

  • Applicable Base Rate Margin means, with respect to ABR Loans of any Series at any time, the percentage rate per annum specified as the “Applicable Base Rate Margin” for such Series at such time, as determined pursuant to the Pricing Schedule.

  • Base Rate Margin means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.

  • Applicable Margins means collectively the Applicable Revolver Index Margin, the Applicable Term Loan Index Margin, the Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin and the Applicable Term Loan LIBOR Margin.

  • Applicable Revolving Percentage means with respect to any Revolving Lender at any time, such Revolving Lender’s Applicable Percentage in respect of the Revolving Facility at such time.

  • Eurodollar Rate Margin means the margin over the Eurodollar Rate used in determining the rate of interest of Eurodollar Rate Loans pursuant to subsection 2.2A.

  • Applicable L/C Margin means the per annum fee, from time to time in effect, payable with respect to outstanding Letter of Credit Obligations as determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).
