Annexed Load definition

Annexed Load. (08/15/08 Version) means existing load, distribution system, or service territory «Customer Name» acquires after the Effective Date from another utility, by means of annexation, merger, purchase, trade, or other acquisition of rights, the acquisition of which has been authorized by a final state, regulatory or court action. The Annexed Load must be served from distribution facilities that are owned or acquired by «Customer Name».
Annexed Load. (05/15/08 Version) means existing load and distribution system, and/or service territory «Customer Name» acquires from another utility, by means of annexation, merger, purchase or trade, and authorized by a final state, regulatory or court action, for which «Customer Name» has the right, or has obtained an ownership interest in the facilities necessary, to serve the load.
Annexed Load means existing load, distribution system, or service territory Jefferson acquires after the Effective Date from another utility, by means of annexation, merger, purchase, trade, or other acquisition of rights, the acquisition of which has been authorized by a final state, regulatory or court action.   • If «Customer Name» acquires an Annexed Load, in addition to any resources assigned by the other utility to serve the Annexed Load, «Customer Name» may add Dedicated Resources to Exhibit A, subject to sections 3.5.6.1 and 3.5.6.2 below, to serve amounts of such Annexed Load that are Eligible Annexed Load.

  • During the Rate Period in which«Customer Name» acquires an Eligible Annexed Load, «Customer Name» may serve such load for the remainder of that Rate Period with Dedicated Resources in the shape of the load, as negotiated by the Parties, or with additional power purchased from BPA.

  • Enclosed, locked facility means a building, room, greenhouse, outdoor fenced-in area, or other location that is enclosed on all sides and prevents cannabis from easily being viewed by the public. The facility shall be equipped with locks or other security devices that permit access only by:

  • Attachment point means a point on the network at which network assets are connected to assets owned by another person.

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Data Tape The list of all mortgage loans, dated as of the date specified therein, whose Mortgage Servicing Rights will be sold, or that are anticipated to be sold, as applicable, to Seller under the Asset Purchase Agreement.

  • Inter-connection Point means interface point of renewable energy generating facility with the transmission system or distribution system, as the case may be:

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Master Contract means the CATS Master Contract between the Maryland Department of Budget and Management andTO Contractor dated December 19, 2005.

  • Special Contract Attachments means any attachment to this Contract.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Master Meter means the meter controlled by the licensed distributor and used for settlement of the master bill with the master consumer;

  • Deposit-type contract means contracts that do not incorporate mortality or morbidity risks and as may be specified in the valuation manual.

  • Loan Checklist means a list delivered to the Custodian in connection with delivery of a Loan to the Custodian that identifies the items contained in the related Loan File.

  • Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;

  • Loan Schedule The schedule, as amended from time to time, of Loans attached hereto as Exhibit D, which shall set forth as to each Loan the following, among other things:

  • Purchase description means the words used in a solicitation to describe the supplies, services, or construction to be purchased, and includes specifications attached to or made a part of the solicitation.

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.
