Amount at Risk definition

Amount at Risk means the maximum loss a customer may incur based on the difference between the contract price and stop-loss price;
Amount at Risk means the maximum percentage (20%) of the Service Provider’s total monthly invoice, which may be at risk in respect of Service penalties imposed resulting from any Service Level Failures;
Amount at Risk means the maximum amount of all penalties, in aggregate, during the subsistence of this Agreement. This amount shall not exceed 10% (ten percent) of any particular invoice submitted in any billing period.

More Definitions of Amount at Risk

Amount at Risk means the maximum percentage of the Service Provider’s total monthly invoice, which may be at risk in respect of Service Credits due to SARS resulting from any Service Level Failures;
Amount at Risk shall have the meaning provided in Section 10.2(c).
