Amended and Restated Charter definition

Amended and Restated Charter means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, substantially in the form attached to the Share Purchase Agreement as Exhibit A thereto.
Amended and Restated Charter means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of Bridger, dated as of January 24, 2023.
Amended and Restated Charter has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(b).

More Definitions of Amended and Restated Charter

Amended and Restated Charter means the bylaws (estatutos sociales) to be adopted by the combined company in connection with the Closing, attached to this proxy statement/prospectus as Annex E.
Amended and Restated Charter means the charter of Hanover, as amended and restated as set forth in the Articles of Amendment and Restatement.

Amended and Restated Charter means the Amended and Restated Charter of the Company adopted on September 29, 2000 as amended by that certain Amendment to Amended and Restated Charter dated May 15, 2001.
