Amber Contract definition

Amber Contract means the shipbuilding contract dated June 2, 2011 made between Xxxxx and the Builder, as may be amended and supplemented from time to time, relating to the construction and sale by the Builder, and the purchase by Xxxxx of the Amber Ship;
