Alternative Cash Settlement Amount definition

Alternative Cash Settlement Amount means an amount in USD determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion equal to (a) the product of (i) the Aggregate Nominal Amount and (ii) the Final Price; provided that the Alternative Cash Settlement Amount shall never be less than zero or more than the Aggregate Nominal Amount.
