Alternate Index Determination definition

Alternate Index Determination shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5 hereof.
Alternate Index Determination is defined in Section 2.2(D)(v).

Examples of Alternate Index Determination in a sentence

  • Lender shall provide Borrower with written notice following the making of an Alternate Index Determination and, if a Securitization has occurred, shall promptly request the Rating Agency Confirmation described in clause (2) immediately above in the manner prescribed by the servicing agreement with respect to the Loan.

  • Lender shall provide notice of (x) prior to a Securitization, the Alternate Index Determination and (y) following a Securitization and upon satisfaction of the Alternate Rate Conditions, that the Alternate Rate Conditions have been satisfied, in each case by giving notice of such determination in writing to Borrower at least five (5) Business Days prior to the next succeeding Determination Date.

  • Index Determination Date means, in relation to any Index, a date on which such Indexfalls to be determined in accordance with the Conditions;

  • SOFR Determination Time means 3:00 p.m. (New York time) on the U.S. Government Securities Business Day, at which time Compounded SOFR is published on the FRBNY’s Website.

  • Determination Period means each period from (and including) a Determination Date to (but excluding) the next Determination Date (including, where either the Interest Commencement Date or the final Interest Payment Date is not a Determination Date, the period commencing on the first Determination Date prior to, and ending on the first Determination Date falling after, such date); and

  • Extension Determination Date means, in respect of a Series of Covered Bonds, the date falling two Business Days after the expiry of seven days from (and including) the Final Maturity Date of such Covered Bonds.

  • Applicable Measurement Period means the most recently completed four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Issuer immediately preceding the Applicable Calculation Date for which internal financial statements are available.

  • Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate means, an interest rate per annum equal to the sum of (i) 1.00% per annum plus (ii) the Adjusted LIBO Rate for a one month Interest Period on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day); provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, the Adjusted LIBO Rate for any day shall be based on the Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m. London time on such day.

  • TIA Applicability Determination As defined in Section 12.12.
