ALLOTTED LAND definition

ALLOTTED LAND means land or any interest therein located within the bounds of the reservation held in trust by the United States for the benefit of individual Indians.
ALLOTTED LAND means all Tribally owned or individually owned lands, within the exterior boundaries of the Crow Reservation, held in trust by the federal government.

"Participation Facility" means any facility in which the applicable party (or a Subsidiary of it) participates in the management (including all property held as trustee or in any other fiduciary capacity) and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Submerged lands means those lands which are inundated by water on a seasonal or more frequent basis.

  • Lots means all or any machinery and other items sold or intended to be sold in accordance with these conditions; “Purchaser” means a person, firm or Company who purchase any Lot;
