Alkermes Agreement definition

Alkermes Agreement means that certain Asset Purchase and License Agreement by and between Alkermes and Borrower dated as of December 27, 2010, as amended from time to time, provided that the terms thereof are not modified to impose materially more burdensome terms upon Borrower or otherwise affect the Lenders’ interests in the Collateral or under the Loan Documents.
