Aircraft Chattel Mortgage definition

Aircraft Chattel Mortgage means each Aircraft Chattel Mortgage entered into in connection with the Credit Agreement.

Aircraft Chattel Mortgage means any or all of the First Aircraft Chattel Mortgages and the Second Aircraft Chattel Mortgages.

Aircraft Chattel Mortgage means each Security Agreement and Aircraft Chattel Mortgage entered into in connection with the Credit Agreement.

Aircraft Chattel Mortgage means, with respect to each Aircraft and Spare Engine, a Security Agreement and Chattel Mortgage substantially in the form of Exhibit IX annexed hereto granting to Administrative Agent for the benefit of Lenders a first priority security interest in such Aircraft and Spare Engine, as such Aircraft Chattel Mortgage may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

Aircraft Chattel Mortgage means that certain Security Agreement (Aircraft Chattel Mortgage), dated as of August 5, 1997 and made by the Company or one of its Subsidiaries in favor of the Agent for the ratable benefit of the Banks, the holders of the Notes and, on a junior and subordinated basis, the holders of the Subordinated Notes, granting the Agent a first priority chattel mortgage lien and security interest in that certain 58 Baron Turbocharge aircraft, Federal Aviation Administration registration number N831JB, in substantially the form of EXHIBIT G attached to the Senior Note Agreement.
